No message

Caller said they were calling from Microsoft and to turn my computer on .....RIGHT! I hung up and blocked. Why doesn't the "NO CALL" list work?

The 'Do not call' list does work. No honest company will call you if you are on it. What you want to be on is the 'Do not call me to try and scam me out of financial or personal information' list. When you sign up, tell us where it is.

I blocked the number too but the minute they realize too many people are blocking them, they change the number.

They called and left no message.
