Who called from 4162511335

Same thing at our land line.  Today in around 7am that number rang us several times.

I've got a call just now: July 13, 3-44 p.m.

I was called around 10:30am on my cell from that number, when I called back it says "3T1 the number you have just called is out of service".

On a note not related to this number, can anyone tell me what "3T1 number out of service" means?  I have been trying to reach my friend for the past week but I keep hearing a recording saying that when I call her phone.  Anyone know?

what does 3t1 out of sevice mean? please let me know.
