I totally agree with you! I have complained about this repeatedly to SP, they say nothing can be done. I say HOGWASH! If I call a number outside my zone even by accident, they charge me heftily for every second, yet when they connect the harrasser to your network they dont care - one of them would pick up on this you would think, and offer a solution to exceed the services of competitors. Bottom line is they should be accountable as often these numbers just dial up and keep the line open as long as voicemail will record them, saying nothing, chewing up minutes! Having this site to warn others of these retards is fantastic, at least we're doing our part.
