I called the number back and they have an automated message that allows you to enter the number you would like to have removed from their calling lists. You don't have to talk to anyone and you can get your number off!

If you don't want to receive these calls, please call 1-877-556-5658 and you will be taken into an automated system where you are able to remove your number from the calling list.

I got these calls too. After the 1st call, which I wasn't home for, I called back and as another person posted here, you can request to get off their list, which I did. However they called me back a few hours later! They are calling on behalf of BMO trying to sell identity theft protection product/service. Sounds like a money-grab to me.
If you are a BMO customer, they can call you. The Do Not Call registry doesn't apply if you are a customer.
