I got a call today (Thursday, Sept 8, 2010) from this number at 12:23 pm. I was right in the middle of lunch. The caller (with a south Asian accent) spoke quickly and practically demanded that I confirm I had Bell telephone, Internet, and TV services. When I demurred, and asked him (or her?) a question, the line went dead.
I was so annoyed that I tried calling them back. The call could not be completed "for technical reasons".
Told me to F Off. Called back and you get a busy signal. How do companies make money like this? How does Bell give out numbers that can’t be called back? No address to find them, no listings – Bell is a goddamn joke (not to mention ever since I switched to Rogers they have harassed me to switch back all from numbers I couldn’t call back either). I will never switch back from Rogers and from now on I consider Bell no better than the scammers they help.
they call me almost everyday saying they are from bell and the same thing happens when i say take me off your list they hang up on me I called bell today nad they said there is nothing they can do about it since im not with bell im with rogers what BS
bell Canada will do nothing
this is not their rep.... this is an identity theft scam has been calling my home for months, sometimes 3 or 4 times a day. I have reported it to O.P.P.'s phonebusters but not much has been done. bell won't even investigate.
