The computer will dial at scheduled times, three to five times a week, even when a payment isn't due and the account is up-to-date. Very harassing, very distressing ..... but intimidation is the game.
416-342-9708 called my cell phone about six times today. I did not answer the call as I normally never pick up when I see a strange number. I want these people to stop calling me, there calls are ANNOYING!!!

The person who called me was representing the Toronto Library Foundation. When I called the number back I got a message that states it is Strategic Communication and they do fund raising for non-profit organizations. I called Toronto Public Library Headquarters and the person I talked to stated that there is a Toronto Library Foundation and a third party does solicit for donations for this Foundation. The funds raise goes back to the Toronto Public Libraries.
