Got a call from this number - a heavily accented female saying she is calling about my Windows computers and they are receiving stuff from my computer. I told her I don't have a Windows computer and she hung up.
This number showed up when I received a call phone some using a calling card from Hong Kong. In this case, I'm glad I picked up, or I would have missed their call.
