Thanks, but I still think he needs to be put in jail. He could actually give someone a heart attack or imagine people who do not speak English well or at all? They could easily be scammed and have their accounts swiped. That's why more than just ignoring the situation should be done. :)
The Public Service employees do not talk that way to the citizens. There is always a MP you can report this kind of attitude.
The Gov of Canada provides toll free number for people to return calls. I got two calls from John Parker and knew that is not his real name. I am very aware of the collection set up with CRA. It is very annoying.
Two times I received the same call from this man John Parker at 416-477-2174 asking me to pay over 4000 dollars. I wonder after so many complain what the police wait to arrest those scoundrel and put them on jail for many years to come, and put in relief that the police in Canada are here to Save and Protect
