Caller from this company - the worst customer service I've ever experienced - and they called ME.
Pushy sales guy, was rude and didn't do his research nor realize that I was the person in charge of making new business decisions for companies that call. Wouldn't put him through to the person who he wanted to speak to (whom he didn't even know because he didn't bother to do any research on the company) as I believed he was/is a telemarketer.
Not company I want to deal with if that's the way they speak to people.
They told me I was hired for a job. When I went in I got 2 hours of training and was placed in a dirty booth to begin taking calls. THEY ASKED ME FOR MY SIN AND A VOID CHECK and asked me to sign some forms. I RECEIVED NO DOCUMENTATION FROM THEM. I have not received any calls in relation to any shifts nor have I received payment for training which LEADS ME TO WONDER IF MY INFORMATION WILL BE USED FRAUDULANTLY.
