A woman who claimed to be calling from Cedar Springs (the water company). I received a call from them a couple of weeks ago, offering us a free trial of water delivery, so I asked this woman right away if she was trying to give me free water. She said yes. I said "No thank you, you've called me before" and she hung up on me mid-sentence. Likely a scammer.
"Mike Harrison" called with a very heavy accent to tell me about Bell's promotions, funny as the same guy called me last week with the name "James Morrison" from Telus. Telling me of the same details. When questioned why his callerID came up as a bad number, they hung up.
One of series of call with the exchange number 555 but with different area codes. A lot of these nuisance call come via Iristel. Can’t something be done about this?
