Same thing as Joe says.... this caller calls me from a number of telephone numbers. A recorded female voice comes on and she asks you to "press 1" for instructions in English on how to "retrieve messages from this universal message system"

I've been getting calls from this number as well.   I let it go to my machine and it seems to be a valid message from someone, the message gives the number and the beginning of the message.

Seems legit

Same as others, calls cell phone number a number of times.  Says to press one for English and no response
