Call came into my Bell Mobility cell from what appears to be a Bell Mobility number (Greater Toronto area). This was the second pre-recorded call claiming my number had been selected 'at random' and I've been selected for 'free accommodation with Marriott Hotels'.
So either Bell is violating the Canadian Do Not Call registry; or ignoring the 'No Telemarketing' exclusion codes on my newly transferred cell (ditched Rogers for repeated violations and outright lying). That or its a scammer attempt - as 'free hotel stays' are definitely too good to be true. And a Search on the number produced no 'Marriot Hotel' listings, so its possibly also spoofed.
