person claimed to be from the rogers fraud department. asked for my birthdate to verify that it was my account.
told me that the person that i recently activated my phone through was activated phones with fake name users or something like that. he sounded like a fake.
call back 416 850 4024 and it's oddly enough not in service. I got a call from this number,Rogers wanted their money because my account was "apparently" LESS than 30 days in arrears.I had already PAID the invoice online,but Roger's online processing's periodically broken...At least the CSR who called told me something useful,online issue's a known issue!Thank goodness I had a time/date stamped screen shot from Rogers website THANKING me for the payment that never went through!SERIOUSLY though,LESS than 30 days,and the fraud squad's harassing u?
