This number has shown up on call display quite often recently; I don't answer unfamiliar numbers with no identified name or organization in the display as they are likely telemarketers of some sort. Just now (it would have been about 4 a.m. Toronto time) this number left a message on my answering service: I could just hear breathing and indistinguishable background noise for about 30 seconds.
This number phoned me three times over the last few days. I never answer numbers I don't recognize and they never leave a message on my call answer service so I assumed this was a scam or a telemarketer and blocked them via *60.
Called yesterday, no message. Call again today and they left a message of sorts.... someone breathing into the phone, then two younger asian sounding lady's talking to each other about how "She's going to be in a lot of trouble if she's caught going out"... lots of "phone noise" behind them, so obviously a call center of some sort. Likely telemarketer.
