This number has shown up on call display quite often recently; I don't answer unfamiliar numbers with no identified name or organization in the display as they are likely telemarketers of some sort. Just now (it would have been about 4 a.m. Toronto time) this number left a message on my answering service: I could just hear breathing and indistinguishable background noise for about 30 seconds.
I received a call from this number. They said they were representing the Ontario NDP which I have supported in the past, but have informed that I do not like to be solicited by phone. Operator was very rude. Must be a low-level agency, I can't believe staff of the organization would behave that way.
3rd time in 3 days - they left a message on my voicemail... sort of. Does the sound of them hanging up count as a message? If it is NDP, I can guarentee these calls will cost them my vote. ( No, I have never supported a political party before)
Received call today 2.04 Pacific time (Vancouver). Did not answer. They did not leave a message. Several others have receoved a cal from this # but nobody responds when the call is answered.
