scam, they use some kind of coputer program to hide their number, they program it to look familure to you by almost looking like a number in your area, they even go as far as using your number to call you, lol yeah like im going to pick up the phone to talk to my self, if you have a smart phone, and getting these calls saying to call them back to claim a free trip. wich is a scam, they just try to get you personal id, you can block them by blocking your area code plus the fallowing 3 digets of your phone number. i did it and it stoped them, for example using the number of this scammers block 416972 and you dont have to worrie about the last 4 numbers,
