Who called from 4172000409

They message me  via Whatsapp something to do with ' Internet Business Ideas' and sent me a link to the website- www.7daymillionaire.org

is this a scam ? 7daymillionaire ?

Very likely a scam.
I received the same message, on Whatsapp, from a number I didn't recognize, but showed up as "Nicole" in the banner notification.

I opted to block them on Whatsapp, and on my iPhone, to prevent any further unwanted contact from the number.
