I received a phone call from an Anthony Amadeo that came up as a local number 417-622-0173, supposedly attempting to collect a debt from me from an internet payday loan from over 2 years ago. After several attempts from him to get my bank card number and or checking account number, i told him I would put the money on a prepaid card and pay the amount if he sent me emails with the so called attorneys information so that I could do my research, and I would pay it the next day.  

When i went to look at the "emails" there were only one email, not in Anthony Amadeos name or the company name but from a Nicole Perez.  I was promised a web site to look at and there was not one, i was promised a direct number for the attorney, and there was not one, only a number that got me back to the "call center" that he was calling me from.  Is this real or a scam? They also had all of my current information, which was not my information when the internet payday loan was accrued. I don't know how they got any of my current information.
