I to got a call at 3am how do I contact the fcc, it says it  lees maid service

I got a call at 3am  how do I get them to stop calling and report them .

Our phone rang once at 4 this morning and then a hang up. Woke us up. I couldn't go back to sleep. They left no message ... I googled the number and found this.

Received call on May 21, 2013 at 2:20 a.m. The phone rang twice. My Caller ID had phone number and "Lees Maid Serv.". I put their number on my Call Block service.

Called at 2:30 a.m....... Woke me up! Who is it?
