I guess I was lucky compared to most of these folks. My call was @5:55pm. Annoying none the less. Maybe they are robo calls & had AM instead of PM set up???
Anyway I called them back & LMOVM that I was on the NDNC list & have been ~ 10 years, don't understand HOW they get numbers that are on the list, and to take my # off & I'll report them to the FCC if they call back. Time will tell. Also, I googled the business & didn't find it.
This is the notorious Rachael from Cardholder Services hiding behind the guise of Lee's Maid Service. Got my call at about 6:45 this morning. The really weird thing is that all of my neighbors got the same call at EXACTLY the same time this morning! How in the hell does that happen? It must be some new kind of 24/7 RoboCaller that somehow has a list of phone numbers in an entire neighborhood and calls them all simultaneously. What is up with that??
Just because you are on the do not call list, does not mean your number is not available. There are many sources for these [***], and it doesn't even have to be a mistake you made. It is just as easy for someone else, perhaps a friend, to have had their email compromised, or had adware/spyware on their system, that recorded numbers for use. The same can be said of smartphones now, as many renditions of information scrapers are now found in some of the "novelty" apps people have habits installing.
Got a call at 4.56pm...How to block this number..Using Android.. (well galaxy3 at least)place your finger over number for 3 seconds..add to" call reject list". Hope it works!!
