I work for this company. We the employees who call are not connected to the internet to even send you an email. One you purchase a package from Wyndham the system emails you your confirmation materials in 2-24 hrs and then you receive it in your mailing address 7-10 business days later. Once you receive the package in your mailbox at home you have an additional 15 days to review the materials and make sure it is still a good deal for you. If for some reason you're just not going to be able to use it or for any reason would like to cancel you can do so without any penalties or cancellation fees. What it is that we do is different specials promoting some of Wyndham's resort locations. It's 4 days & 3 nights where you stay at some of Wyndham's nicer hotels. The prices range from $79.00-$199.00 (for the whole stay, not per night.) which is a great deal if you are familiar with Wyndham or Wingate hotels. The packages also include a tour of the resort and $100 of your next stay at a Wyndham brand hotel. In return Wyndham justs asks for your good word of mouth advertisement. If I weren't an employee and was able to, I would purchase one myself. All of Wyndham's Marketing department is being laid off as of Feb. 13, 2009 so don't worry about receiving any calls past that day anyway.
Called on 8/8/2007 offering hotel packages. Would not provide much information about themselves. Sounded like a scene from the Boiler Room. Caller was very aggressive in asking for my credit card number or similar form of payment. Asked for information by e-mail and have not heard anything since.
