Who called from 4178860006

I get a call from this number a couple of times a week. That has been going on for several months. It is quite annoying.

Two missed calls already today, no message left.  Obviously must not be important since he/she/it doesn't leave a message.  Thanks to sites like this, I know it it just spam telemarketing and so I will go right ahead and block this number.

Already another call attempt was made at 9:42pm, which was blocked.

This is my week to attempt to eliminate unwanted telephone calls.  The
telephone rang; I waited; there was no message left on the machine. The
number has appeared on my caller I.D. several times in the past few days.
When I called the number, the recorded seemed to indicate they were part
of an AT&T solution team and also Spark (?) Energy Gas.  I waited to leave
a message but their message was "Voice Box Full"

3 or 4 calls today 3/17/09 I don't know what for. The woman never said her name or why is she calling for. She was keep asking my name.
