Who called from 4178860006

Called and just said Hello,Hello,Hello

We keep getting this caller on our business lines. They either ask for the owner or just talk to you and say they are in the area giving out free health quotes. Hanging up doesn't seem to work so I'll be more forcefull next time!

Missed call on my phone.  I looked before calling back and saw the messages about this number.  

Answering machine answers number saying they are an authorized ATT provider and a spark energy provider.  ????

calls at all hours of the day - leave no message and no one responds when I answered the phone.

I have received 3 calls from this number in the last 5 minutes.  I don't answer.  They don't leave a voice mail.  Isn't there any way to stop this annoyance???
