Well, let me tell you what: this jerk mumbled who he was, then told me to turn up my hearing aid. When I asked he if he trying to actually be rude, he replied with '" if I was trying to be rude, I would have called you a F**King Cu** ! ". That's when I hung up. My boyfriend and I are so appalled. Who are these [***] ? And who do we report them too ??? !!!! I have never been spoken to like this in my life.
