Get A CLUE ! Global pops is a DIAL UP INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER. The number these criminals are spoofing is what you would call if you wanted to link your computer up to the net OVER THE PHONE, that's why when you call it back it sounds like a fax machine- it thinks you are a computer calling to talk to their computer. CRIMINALS are using that number to call out on, which is not supposed to happen but does because the government and the phone companies WON'T put a stop to it. GLOBAL POPS is not doing this, if you don't believe it call their headquarters and they will confirm it...
