Who called from 4190594744

I too got a call from this # for the first time today. When you call it back it claims the # is not in service.

Same thing, about an hour ago.  No message.  What the hell number starts with 059 anyway?

Just called my cell phone..no one there..called it back and got a recording that the number is out of
service..very odd prefix number.

Got a call today from 419-059-4744.  I don't answer unwanted calls, but always check the number on-line -only to find way too many complaints to even bother calling the number back .  Why the heck was a DO NOT CALL REGISTRY even established -  it DOESN'T WORK!!!  I'm registered!
