I saw this number come up on caller ID and they were also ID'd as the number. It's a sure giveaway that it's crap. Seeing as I don't know anyone from Ohio (let alone anyone with the "name" 4192169302), I let my answering machine hang up on them. The rude jerks didn't even leave a message. What a surprise. I don't know if the number is real or spoofed but I wish the powers that be could figure out some way to stop this. I got a call from someone last night on my cell claiming I keep calling her. I had to educate her about spoofing. Anyways, I think people who fall for scams are to blame. If you would not believe these clowns and give them money, they'd open a legit business and stop preying on the less wary. Try living by the motto, "trust no one" and you'll be fine.
Called and left no message. From the above remarks it is obviously scammers and I will block. It's gotten to where my phone is as much of a pain in the a$$ as it is a useful tool.
