Who called from 4199599595

I received a call from this number about 2 minutes ago but didn't answer the call.  They did not leave a message.  I don;t know this number.

i just got a call a couple of minutes ago too. . .i don't know anyone in the 419 area code, so i didn't answer.  no message.

actually, they did leave a message. . .just took a while to come up on my phone.  they are offering to help you lower you credit card interest rates.  bleh.

Received a cell cal, the 2nd in less than a week from these a$$holes. I have NO credit cards and my number is listed on the Do Not Call list. They have also called from 419-555-4424. How can these retarded circus monkeys be contacted? I tried returning the call, and got a recording saying the number was incorrect. Tried googling the name of the Co. and got nothing. Anyone have any other ideas?

Same as above, repeatedly call my cell number.  no message. If you return the call it says it is disconnected
