Who called from 4199599595

I.m on the do not call list and this number keeps calling me but when I called back it says number cant be completed as dialed - so there isnt a way to stop them until you find the actual company doing the spam

I received a call from this number and asked the name of the organization and was told "Universal Business Services" based out of Phoenix, AZ.  A quick Google search gave me this info.

Universal Business Services Ltd
1601 E Apache Blvd
Tempe, AZ 85281

The phone number is likely a Caller ID spoof.

yeah i've gotten 2 calls, didn't get a chance to answer but when i call it back it says non working number

Say they will lower credit card interest.  When I asked them for the last four digits of the card in question, was tole..."Shut your damn stupid mouth, you *****!  Then they slammed the phone down!  Nice people!
