Who called from 4199848989

I got a missed call from 419-984-8989 and i tryed to call the number back and it gave me a busy tone or a recording saying this number is not in service.

I just got a call from 419-984-8989. I didn't answer it, and no message was left. I looked it up on whitepages.com
It came back as a private landline from Sandusky, OH (Erie County)

Periodic calls in a foreign language I do not recognize or understand.

called my recycled virgin cell number . was doing so good with no spam too.

does any one have the do not call number for cell phones????
