Female recorded voice in some jibberish that wasn't ENGLISH just called. I am on the do-not-call list...and it was to my cell phone. If they can't even speak English, they are probably too stupid to even comprehend a do-not-call list.
Firstly, it doesn't make a great deal of sense to attack each other over a phone call from someone who is hassling all of you, secondary to that, this phone number is a scam caller who has been calling my cell phone repeatedly and the do not call list doesn't seem to trouble them in any way. I agree, that when you call me and speak to me in spanish, assuming that I don't speak English, you are a dumb [***].
