Who called from 4231892472

Received call on my cell phone several times and finally decided to answer.  All I got was "goodbye" and they hung up.

I get a call from this number about twice a month and have never had a person or a recording to acknowledge my answering,and redialing only gets me to a non working number recording.

Same as above comments.  Call fron this number.  They leave no voicemail.  If answered an automated voice says "Goodbye"

Called my cell, I answered and an automated voice said "goodbye".  Now I am getting the same number calling my home phone.  Anyone know who this is?
