Male Caller, heavy breathing, talked slow...then hung up. Called back stating we got disconnected and he hung up. CREEP

This guy called me at almost 2:00 in the morning Tennessee time, 11:00 at night my time. He kept asking "How are you?" (He sounded slurred.) I kept asking "Who are you?" then when he wouldn't tell me I told him not to call me. He then proceeded to call me five times in a row, sometimes blocking his number, and I never answered. The next morning starting at 6:00 my time/9:00 Tennessee time he called me seven times at half-hour intervals!

Caller is just watching porn in the background--is very loud--caller is just saying hello to try to get reps to stay on the line for a longer time, but doesn't respond to them when they say how can I help you.
