I also received a call from that number, but the message they left " your name has been drawn from a movie theater, mall etc and you have won a fabulous prize. Then left a 866 number to claim the free prize, yea right.
my buisness recived a call from this number. chase mcgloflin id as a rep with the firm "hsp inc" and left a call back number 800 784 2175. i trashed it.

I called a friend from my altell cell phone that starts with 423-335-**** and he didn't answer so i called back knowing he was home because i was on the way to pick him up and when i got there i said man i just called you twice and he said well i just got 2 calls but look how they showed up on my id box thats why i didn't answer and it was that number.I think altell uses in their network or if your friends are in your circle they must have something like the magic jack here are the 2 phone number that showed up when i called him 423-765-4013 & 423-202-9107 hope this help's

I have phones with Alltel and recently our caller IDS vanished with them mostly showing up as "Out of Area" but this week they began showing up as INTL CALLER" with the number 423-202-9107. This is a real pain in the A** as we cant identify our children calling home. or anyone on alltel.
