Who called from 4232029107

I am also receiving crazy calls from this number, yet i am with a land line 423-639-**** this and several otehers (all the same people) are calling and harrasing they do not listen to any "do not call" requests, they have used nasty language with TEENS, and my family. they call at all hours acting disrespecting us.. they have called up to 24 times in one day, from that number and SEVERAL oters, the claim i have won a package or money they are wanting personal information and checking information to "get this winning" i can't get them to stop calling or harrasing my family.... I called the police station they said it was all up to my phone company, i called my phone company and they said i could PAY 5.00$ every number i could "block", and i could only block up to 13 numbers.. well i have at least 16 different numbers this company or whatever they are on my caller id.... and the phone company said that they could always just generate a new number to call me and harras my family so "they said" just change your number miss....i need some help is very inconvient for me to change my number but this is getting crazy and there is nothing that a person can do to in this sad world to make this end... got a call from a friend using skype...this number came up.

I was called and no one was there, when I picked up the phone. It was as if they just hung up!

I got a call from this number at 10:10 pm saying they were calling to ask me to complete a survey regarding my decision making process in my recent new car purchase...they knew the make and model of my car.  Scary.  I called the customer service center during business hours to ask if they had called.  They said they don't do surveys on that topic and all their outgoing calls are between 8AM and 8PM.  It's an unlisted number, so the reverse directory didn't work, but I'll bet the sheriff has no trouble getting it IDed.  That's my next call.
