You have two choices: 1.)answer the phone and demand that they cease and desist, which will most likely result in them using another number or 2.) block the number.  Rest assured, they will not stop otherwise.  Good luck, these call centers are annoying to say the least.

Hangs up when we answer phone, or calls and leaves no msg.  When calling back - phone just rings and rings.
