I don't know who the hell these people are but they called my house, asked for my 9 year old daughter and then played some pro life message. They are messed up!!!!
If you look at the dates of the previous complaints, they are almost 2 years old from March 2013. Looks like they have changed areas and targeting yours and mine now.
We have recieved a call from these guys almost daily for 7 days. (They didn't call New Years day.). We blocked the number after the second call. Today 50 minutes after they called from the blocked number, we recieve a call from this Bristol TN, 855- number. Think many of these robo calls are connected, use the same system, or are the same company changing their number when we ignore them. They don't take no for an answer nor like being ignored.
If a company calls without a caller ID or doesn't leave a message, we assume it is a tellemarketer/scammer and/or phisher. We block the number or turn off the ringer. The problem: not enough room on our phone for all the phone abusing snake oil salesmen.
Let call go to answering machine. This caller said my first name, like she knew me. When I didn't respond, she hung up, no message, Next time, I'll pick up/hang up instead of letting it go to machine. Only reason I let it go to machine is because we have a relative near death. Now I know this number is not any of my family.
A woman me today and started by addressing me by name and then switched to a recorded msg, something about unborn babies in the and that is when I cut her off.
