Who called from 4232178956

I called the number back and a recording came on stating that the person you have dialed is not receiving call at this time SMH.

Got a call from 423-217-8956 at about 11:25 on my cell phone. I'm at work, so I didn't answer it. They left no message.

Just got a call about 30 seconds ago. Didn't answer...said it was from Bristol, TN which I have no association with. Left no message. Figuring it's a scam.

Just received a call from them. just put them on my blocked list on my phone. thanks for the updates from other earlier in this post

I don't know anyone in Tennessee.  No message left.  I did not answer & did not call back.
