call almost every evening I am on do not call list so much for that is there no way to stop these numbers I pick up and hang up they should get the message
no you should answer and tell them to put you on the do not call list, they can't read your mind...and maybe just maybe they will stop calling, if you take the time to answer you could take the time to say "take me off your list"..This association is non profit and they give every number in the local area they dont know you're on the do not call list but they can put you on their's and it would be all over.
