I looked at that webpage and that residence does not look abandoned to me, the problem is the huge tree in the front yard is overgrown and there appears to be a shrub near the street. There are two cars parked in the driveway, and nearly every driveway has one or more cars parked in it. As most of the houses do not have numbers visible from the street (where Google's cameras could see the numbers), it's hard to figure out if that is a valid address at all.
This number called me pretending to be a debt collector. They demanded 500$ for a supposed check cashing account I did not have in 2005. I haven't had a checking account in over 10 years. I prefer prepaid debt from my disability or savings accounts. They threatened jail amd a civil suit if I did not give them money I know I don't owe anyone.
Got a call from a very rude guy attempting to collect a debt that I already paid.
Rudely demanded proof of payment, then hung up on me when i told them it was already paid and i wouldn't give them any money.
Scam.
