I looked at that webpage and that residence does not look abandoned to me, the problem is the huge tree in the front yard is overgrown and there appears to be a shrub near the street. There are two cars parked in the driveway, and nearly every driveway has one or more cars parked in it. As most of the houses do not have numbers visible from the street (where Google's cameras could see the numbers), it's hard to figure out if that is a valid address at all.

Good catch William, that house certainly was not abandoned. Look like that poster was possibly trying to make a vendetta post against whomever lives there. I reported it so it should be gone shortly.
