"Shantel from the Parade Store" called. I have a call record app on my phone which records perfectly both parties on call. As California law requires notify of recording, I stated "Just for notification, all calls to my phone are recorded. If you do not want to be recorded, please hang up now." To this, the woman apologized for the call and I hung up.

That card never leaves my sight but someone actually got my number somehow and MADE a fake card to use at an ATM machine.
Never post your real birthday anywhere, mother's maiden name, pets name (facebook favorites). Just as bad is saying we'll be out of town for a couple weeks etc etc.
it most likely was an outfit called heritage diabetic, which though legit,is a bad place to deal with.they'll never stop calling you once they get your #, even if you buy something.they've called me day after day, as many times as 11 a day, to "let me know the good news"- that they have a new product for me to buy.one guy told me he had a new thing called a "tens" unit...i told him i tried it when it WAS new,about 40 years ago and it was worthless then-he hung up. but they called back.and it is a scam to a point,to get you to buy.they say it's free (medicare pays for it) so you order it and after about 3 tries to get one that fits, they wait a year to 18 months, then bill you "a small balance" -about $180. want a better knee or back brace....go to walmart or cvs
This number calls everyday and never leaves a message. So today I called it back and they said hello. If u were a business wouldn't u say the name of the business and what can I do for u? Told them to quit calling and she (foreigner) said sorry for the inconvenience. Strange.
