Get a telezapper, WAY more effective than the DNCL. Telemarketers share info., use different numbers and other technology that makes the DNC list unhelpful... The telezapper recognizes computer generates calls and blocks them after on ring. Got one 3 months ago and haven't gotten a call from them since.
I get a lot of calls from this number, have been for months, now they somehow have my cell phone number, I've been asked to be removed many many times, of course they never do. Is there some sort of legal action I could take?

Every day, several times a day. Number listed on caller ID is "not in service" when I try to call back. Will have to pursue other "methods" of getting at these people. Bwah ha ha haaaaa.
