they call all times of the day/night, when we answer no one is there or no one says a thing, when we are not home they don't even leave a message. don't know who it is or what they want
The caller from this number calls all the time, No message or person on the other end of line. I have blocked this number and 423-477-6983
If they can not answer the phone or leave a message why bother, I just set their ring tone to none
Never give any information to these people - you never know who they are
If they can not identify certain personal information like the first three numbers of your SS No. inform them they are not authorized to revcieve information and everything must be put in writing.
