Actually , they are scammer from India trying to steal your information and money . Do not give out any information .

We have the entire 423 area code blocked.  Our phones do not ring when they call.
These criminals can change phone numbers but if  they call from the 423 area code, they are blocked.

Robo call. No one on the line.  Can't wait until the FTC encourages phone providers to block spoofed caller ID numbers and robo dialers.
