Got a call about lowering my interest rates. I stayed on the line to request I be removed from their calling list. When an agent came on the line I asked to be removed from their list and the guy hung up on me. I tried calling the number back and their voice mailbox is full.
I wish there could be something done about the constant harassing calls to lower your credit. How many times will it take for each call to be your final notice. If the number is pressed to be removed form the calling list, a person will come on the line and when you say, I pressed the number to be removed, they hang up on you. The calls comes at all hours of the day and late evening. If you don't answer them, they keep calling using a different number. I am trying to be nice with these unwanted calls, but they are making it very difficult.
