Once again I have something that has been put in "escalated" status if I don't talk to them now! Funny how no one ever shows up from my sheriff's office to arrest me like they say they are.
Next time they call, demand WRITTEN proof of the ""problem"" that is MAILED (post office) to you. That is official notification giving all sorts of information including THEIR company name & address.. Then wait for the excuses & illegal & meaningless threats to begin.
Received a couple phone calls from this number in the last 2 days. It's a recording saying that the call is solely intended for such and such person, who happens to be my husband. They have an escalated issue that needs to be resolved and my husband to give his statement. This is such crap. We have received several calls like this in the past. As soon as I say that I need the name of the company, address and exactly what is owed in writing, they hang up on me. So now, I wait until a person gets on the phone then I hang up on them.
