They have called two days in a row and didn't leave a message.  I tried to call back and it says they are having telephone difficulty to try again later?

Received 2 calls from this number within one week.  But they hang up before I take the call.  Calling back this number gives a message:  Due to telephone company facility trouble this telephone number cannot be reached at this time...
