You should NEVER call back one of these numbers because that is another scam, where the spoofed number is actually in the Caribbean or somewhere else and you get hit with massive charges for calling an out-of-country phone number.
Called me today and they left no message when I didn't answer. Now it's blocked. I get at least 5 of these a week now, all from new numbers, since I block them each time.
Called off of multiple TN numbers, really pissed at these calls on a private cell phone. I don't answer but I'm sick of them clogging my recent call feed.
