Caller is Jerry Wilson an Information Technology "Head Hunter."  He searches the resume web sites for programmers for fee-paying clients and usually has good sources.  Most of the jobs he's filled net a salary of more th $80K per year.

I had a good chat with Jerry. He is very helpful reading into my resume, how to format to reach the decision makers. He saw several things I did not!
